Using Gratitude To Manifest Your Dreams

Using Gratitude To Manifest Your Dreams

As humans, we tend to get caught up in our worries and problems and forget about our blessings. Even in our darkest days, we have things to be grateful for if you take the time to look. Things like the clothes on your back, a roof over our heads, running water, and food to eat.

LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE

To put quantum physics in simple terms, we attract things that vibrate at the same frequency as us. Meaning, if we are thinking negative thoughts, worrying about what we lack, and wishing we had more, we will attract that same vibration back - negativity, worry, and lack. If we vibrate at a frequency of gratitude and self-worth, we will attract more things to be grateful for.

Meditate on what you are grateful for. And don’t only be grateful for what you already have, also be grateful about that which you have yet to receive. Radiating this energy of gratitude is of the utmost importance for manifestation.

IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS

Say thank you as you go about your day. Be thankful that you woke up on time, be thankful for your car starting, be thankful for finding a parking spot, be thankful that your barista got your coffee order right. No matter what it is, big or small, be grateful and you will manifest more of it.

Think about the things you take for granted, the things you overlook. What simple, everyday thing makes your life easier that you hardly even think about? Be grateful for it.

Some of my most profound and emotional experiences while meditating have been when I was actively practicing gratitude. Thinking of everything I could possibly be grateful for: past, present, and future. I say thank you for the hardships of the past that have taught me lessons, I say thank you for the things and people in my life at this moment, I say thank you for the blessings I will eventually receive. Most importantly I say thank you for the health and happiness of those around me.

QUICK AND EASY WAYS TO PRACTICE GRATITUDE ON THE GO

Meditation and detailed gratitude journaling are ideal for manifestation, but we all get busy and overwhelmed at times. Here are a few easy way to practice gratitude without taking up much of your time each day:

  • Snap a photo of one thing each day you are grateful for

  • Keep your mini gratitude journal with you and jot down things as you think of them!

  • Say thank you to everyone - your barista, your server, the person who held the door for you, your spouse for taking out the trash…

  • Find the silver lining in every situation
